Wildcats suffer setback in 49-14 loss to Farmersville

The Rains Wildcats suffered a setback Friday night, September 15, with a 49-14 loss to the Farmersville Farmers. The Wildcats drop to 1-2 for the season and have upcoming road games against Spring Hill and Redwater to wrap up their non-district schedule.

Lady Cats wrap up pre-district play with win over Bullard

The Rains Lady Cats extended their winning streak to 11 on Friday night, September 15, in the Rains High School gym. Led by Shelbi Sheppard’s triple double, the Lady Cats defeated the Bullard Lady Panthers 3-1 on scores of 25-20, 25-20, 17-25, 25-16.
